Visit Southern Nevada Health Pass for a wellness check and receive a $25 gift card — open to Medicaid and Medicare members.

Molina Healthcare
- Healthy Rewards Card Earn $10–$100 in gift cards across roughly 13–15 qualifying health activities. Claim within 90 days.
- $100 Fitness Allowance $100 allowance toward a gym membership or at-home fitness equipment. No gym is named and no annual physical is required.
- Phone Help Federal Lifeline service through TruConnect (at least 12.5GB of data) is separate from Molina's narrower communication-access benefit.
- $30 OTC Allowance $30 every 3 months per member household for over-the-counter items, ordered through NationsOTC and shipped to you.
- Pregnancy Rewards A free car or booster seat (or a $25 gift card, per Molina's handbook) for the prenatal visit, and $75 ($25 per the handbook) for a postpartum visit 7–84 days after birth.
- Stop-Smoking Help $100 a year in tobacco-cessation products, covered when your provider prescribes them, plus Quitline coaching. No cash reward.
