This benefit is designed for Anthem members transitioning from incarceration or experiencing housing instability. To apply, contact your Anthem care coordinator who will assess your eligibility and help set up internet service and arrange laptop delivery. The FCC's Affordable Connectivity Program may provide additional internet discounts for qualifying households.
