Molina $30 OTC Allowance in Nevada: Per Household, Quarterly
What this benefit is
Molina Nevada Medicaid offers a $30 over-the-counter (OTC) allowance every three months. It is per member household, not per member — a family of four shares one $30 allowance per quarter.
How you use it
Molina Nevada Medicaid directs members to order through NationsOTC, with items shipped to you. This is not a retail card: it does not work at CVS, Walgreens, Walmart or other stores.
It is not automatic
The allowance is not loaded onto a card that reloads by itself each quarter. You place an order.
Molina Medicare is different
If you have a Molina Medicare plan, that plan's OTC benefit works differently and may use an auto-loaded card. The Medicaid benefit described above is the one on Nevada Medicaid plans.
Claim deadline
Molina applies a 90-day deadline for reward claims. Ask for the reward within 90 days of the qualifying visit or activity, or it can be denied.
