Molina Pregnancy Rewards in Nevada: What the Documents Say
Prenatal visit
Molina's first-trimester prenatal visit reward is not $100. Molina's sources describe two different things, and we are showing you both rather than picking one:
- Molina's benefit description offers a free car seat or booster seat for completing the prenatal visit.
- Molina's member handbook describes a $25 gift card instead.
Ask Molina which applies to your plan this year before you rely on either.
Postpartum visit
The postpartum visit reward is $75 in Molina's benefit description and $25 in the member handbook. The visit must happen 7 to 84 days after birth — not within 60 days.
What we removed
This page previously advertised "$350+" in total pregnancy rewards and a reward for delivery or a hospital stay. Neither is supported by Molina's documents, and both are gone.
Claim deadline
Molina applies a 90-day deadline for reward claims. Ask for the reward within 90 days of the qualifying visit or activity, or it can be denied.
