How to use the benefit
Confirm that Active&Fit is included in your plan, enroll through the program, and select a participating fitness center from the Active&Fit network.
Using the benefit at a gym
A gym must participate in the Active&Fit network, administered by American Specialty Health, before it can be selected as an in-network fitness location for this benefit.

Network compensation is determined by the fitness-network agreement and is not generally published as a public member benefit.
Benefits vary by plan, plan year and eligibility. A gym is not an approved participating location until the plan or its fitness-network administrator confirms enrollment. Always confirm your own benefit with your plan. Southern Nevada Health Pass represents no health plan.
