They Advocate
Pushing policy solutions at the local, state, and federal level — with action alerts open to every community member.
Nevada Homeless Alliance brings together government, providers, philanthropy, faith communities, and people with lived experience to end homelessness in Southern Nevada. SNHP is a proud partner.
This is how Nevada Homeless Alliance works so that no neighbor is left without a home.
Pushing policy solutions at the local, state, and federal level — with action alerts open to every community member.
A virtual, self-paced training program for providers, volunteers, and neighbors who want to understand the housing crisis.
Bringing providers, government, faith communities, and people with lived experience together in monthly working groups.
Producing Project Homeless Connect — a mobile one-stop service fair that links people to housing, healthcare, jobs, and legal aid in a single day.
Homelessness is almost always a health crisis too — without a stable address, it's hard to get primary care, prescriptions, or follow-up.
Nevada Homeless Alliance leads the coordination between providers so no one falls through the cracks.
By connecting unhoused neighbors to Medicaid, SNHP helps them receive gym access, medical transportation, OTC cards, and no-copay primary care at AMG.
Together we close the loop: the Alliance opens the door to housing services; SNHP activates the health benefits that keep that stability going.
