Who can use it
Eligibility depends on the member's HPN or UnitedHealthcare Individual & Family plan. One Pass Select is generally available to eligible adult members.
How to use the benefit
Sign in to the health plan member portal, locate the One Pass Select benefit, choose the available membership tier, and then use participating fitness locations included in that tier.
Using the benefit at a gym
A gym must participate in the One Pass / Optum fitness network to appear as an eligible fitness location. Access to a particular gym can depend on the member's selected One Pass tier.
Important
One Pass Select may be subscription-based and should not automatically be described as a free gym membership.
Benefits vary by plan, plan year and eligibility. A gym is not an approved participating location until the plan or its fitness-network administrator confirms enrollment. Always confirm your own benefit with your plan. Southern Nevada Health Pass represents no health plan.
