Qualified members may receive access to a gym membership through SilverSummit's value-added benefits and choose from participating local fitness locations.

Availability depends on the member's SilverSummit plan and eligibility for the value-added fitness benefit.
How to use the benefit
Contact SilverSummit Member Services to confirm eligibility and obtain the current list of participating local gyms. Once eligibility is confirmed, select an approved fitness location and follow the enrollment instructions provided by SilverSummit.
Using the benefit at a gym
The fitness location must be approved for SilverSummit's local-gym benefit. If a location is not yet listed, the gym must work with SilverSummit or its benefit administrator before members can treat the membership as a covered benefit.
Important
SilverSummit does not publicly publish the gym's contract or reimbursement amount.
Benefits vary by plan, plan year and eligibility. A gym is not an approved participating location until the plan or its fitness-network administrator confirms enrollment. Always confirm your own benefit with your plan. Southern Nevada Health Pass represents no health plan.
