Who can use it
A standard gym membership is not a covered TRICARE benefit. TRICARE also states that exercise programs such as SilverSneakers are not covered.
How to use the benefit
Members who want to use a commercial gym generally pay for that membership outside of TRICARE unless another separate benefit or program is available to them.
Using the benefit at a gym
There is no standard TRICARE gym-membership network enrollment pathway. A facility may separately provide medically necessary covered healthcare services if it meets TRICARE requirements, but those services are different from a gym membership.

A regular gym membership should not be represented as TRICARE-covered.
