How to use the benefit
Sign in to the UnitedHealthcare member site, obtain the Renew Active confirmation code, and present the code at a participating fitness location. Eligible members can receive the standard participating fitness membership at no additional cost, subject to plan terms.
Using the benefit at a gym
A gym must participate in the Renew Active / Optum fitness network and follow the network's eligibility-verification and member-enrollment procedures.
Important
The gym's compensation is governed by its network agreement rather than a public member reimbursement amount.
Benefits vary by plan, plan year and eligibility. A gym is not an approved participating location until the plan or its fitness-network administrator confirms enrollment. Always confirm your own benefit with your plan. Southern Nevada Health Pass represents no health plan.
