Why Cancer Screenings Matter

According to the CDC, cancer screenings can detect problems before symptoms appear, giving you the best chance for successful treatment. These routine tests are covered by your CareSource plan at no cost to you.

How to Earn Your Rewards

Schedule your screenings with your primary care doctor or an in-network specialist. After the screening is completed and reported, your reward will be added to your CareSource MyHealth Rewards account. Rewards are earned once per year.
