The reward

$25 for getting your annual flu vaccination as a CareSource member.

How to earn it

Get the flu shot from your primary care provider or another place that bills CareSource, so the vaccination is recorded on a claim. Rewards follow the claim — if no claim reaches CareSource, there is nothing to reward.

We have removed the previous "typically processed within 4–6 weeks" line: CareSource does not publish a processing time and we could not substantiate one.

How CareSource pays you

Rewards are paid as retailer gift cards — Walmart, Old Navy and TJ Maxx — not as cash and not as a credit you can withdraw. Gift cards cannot be used for alcohol, tobacco or firearms.

Expiration

Rewards expire in mid-December of the following year, and your access to the rewards portal ends if you are disenrolled from CareSource. Redeem what you have earned rather than letting it sit.
