How to Get Your Free Bus Pass

To request a bus pass, call HPN Member Services at least 3 business days before your appointment. Passes cover RTC (Regional Transportation Commission) routes throughout the Las Vegas valley. You can use them for medical appointments, pharmacy visits, behavioral health sessions, and social service appointments.
