The benefit is real

HPN offers eligible members a Sam's Club membership. Buying staples in larger sizes can stretch a tight month.

The conditions

You must be 18 or older.
One membership per household.
You must opt in through the online member centre — it does not start on its own.

What we removed

We previously claimed "20–40% savings" on bulk purchases. We could not source that, so it is gone. Whether bulk buying saves you money depends on what you buy and whether you use it before it spoils.

Important: HPN's Medicaid service area changed on 1 January 2026

As of 1 January 2026, Health Plan of Nevada's Medicaid service area is urban Clark County only. Members in Washoe County and rural Clark County moved to CareSource. If you live in one of those areas, the benefits on this page are probably no longer yours — check which plan you are in now before you rely on anything here.
