What HPN publishes

One $20 Supercuts gift card every six months, and it is qualification-gated — not automatic and not guaranteed.

Corrections

  • Members do not "receive cards automatically if eligible". You have to contact a community health worker or Member Services and ask whether you qualify.
  • We have removed the "$40 annually" total. HPN publishes the six-month card, not an annual guarantee, and adding two together implies you will get both.

A haircut before a job interview or a first day of school is a small thing that matters. Ask — but do not budget for it until HPN confirms you qualify.

Important: HPN's Medicaid service area changed on 1 January 2026

As of 1 January 2026, Health Plan of Nevada's Medicaid service area is urban Clark County only. Members in Washoe County and rural Clark County moved to CareSource. If you live in one of those areas, the benefits on this page are probably no longer yours — check which plan you are in now before you rely on anything here.
