How My Health Pays™ Works

My Health Pays™ loads rewards directly onto a prepaid Visa card that can be used anywhere Visa is accepted — groceries, gas, clothing, and more. Rewards are processed within 60 days of completing a qualifying activity. You can track your rewards balance online or by calling SilverSummit Member Services. The Medicaid.gov website has more information about covered preventive services.

All My Health Pays™ Reward Opportunities

Here's what you can earn: $30 for adult wellness exams, $35 per child well visit, $25 for flu shots, $50 for maternal behavioral health, and up to $145 for pregnancy & baby care.
